Chantel Holz is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who is a native of South Dakota received her undergraduate at South Dakota State University in Brookings, SD. Her nursing experience includes charge nurse in the emergency room with trauma certification. She received her Master’s in Science from SDSU with specialization in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2010 and has prior NP experience in otolaryngology, allergy, facial plastics, and dermatology. She has been established with gastroenterology since 2015 and focuses on treating adults with various liver diseases including hepatitis C as well as practicing general gastroenterology and inflammatory bowel disease. Her passion is helping patients by providing empathy, compassion and education while gaining trust and helping them obtain their health goals. She lives here in Rapid City with her husband and has a son and daughter. Her interests include being with her family, anything outdoors, being at the lake and on the water with her family, working out, and experiencing anything the beautiful black hills has to offer.
