I LOVE my annual visits to Dr. Pohling's office. Very weird statement, but she and her staff are so thorough, efficient and professional. I got in to my appointment at the designated time, had a thorough examination, some spots frozen, made my next annual appointment and was back in my vehicle within 20 minutes! Dr. Noble was born and raised in Rapid City. He attended medical school at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine and completed his residency training in dermatology at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Dr. Noble joined The Skin Institute at the Rapid City Medical Center in 2011. He is a board- certified dermatologist who enjoys helping patients in all aspects of general dermatology, including medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic. He has a special interest in the prevention and treatment of skin cancer.

In his free time, Dr. Noble enjoys spending time with his family and relaxing in the great Black Hills.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Noble and his staff at monument dermatology. On my first visit he took care of a rash on my face. Rashes can be tricky to diagnose but he quickly knew the exact thing to prescribe. My second visit I got Botox on my forehead. He did an amazing job! I could not be happier!

Dr. Fromm is a SD native who was raised on a farm in northeastern SD. Her first love was that of music, dance and animals. A diagnosis of Lyme disease at the age of 13 with a subsequent trip to the world-renowned Mayo Clinic sparked her interest in medicine and science.

Dr. Fromm attended the University of South Dakota and the University of Minnesota Twin Cities obtaining a bachelors degree in psychology, masters in biology and doctorate in medicine. She completed her residency in dermatology at State University of New York at Buffalo. She is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Fromm practices medical and cosmetic dermatology and enjoys treating patients of all ages from children to seniors. She diagnoses and treats all disorders of the hair, skin and nails. In aesthetic dermatology, she offers a variety of services promoting skin health, softening the aging process and allowing her patients to look natural and refreshed. Dr. Fromm is passionate about a patient centered, whole person approach, understanding that skin health is influenced by a variety of factors, including nutrition and stress levels.

In her personal time, Dr. Fromm enjoys running, dancing and theatre. She and her husband Ted enjoy time in the country with their three children.

She discovered several issues I was unaware of, prescribed medication for my existing issue, and clearly explained my conditions and her course of action. Before joining Rapid City Medical Center in 2016, she was on the dermatology clinical faculty at Wayne State University School of Medicine-Henry Ford Hospital for eight years. She graduated from Dartmouth Medical school and has a master’s in public health from Brown University. Dr. Eide was raised on a farm her great grandfather homesteaded in Butte County. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate education and went on to Tulane University School of Medicine, where she also completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Finley also has a masters in public health from the Tulane School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Dr. Finley is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology and treats both adult and pediatric patients. I tried and tried to keep my son’s allergies in check with OTC medication. The poor boy just suffered. We decided to take him to Dr. Finley. We were treated with respect through the whole process of finding out what his triggers were and through the process of Rush immunotherapy. I am one of those mom’s that panicked about everything. Each concern has been taken seriously by Dr. Finley and her staff. I am confident my boy is in good hands.

Dr. Anderson is originally from Spearfish, South Dakota and attended the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. She completed a pediatric residency at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also served as chief resident and worked as a pediatric hospitalist.

She then went on to complete fellowship training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a leader in the field of adult and pediatric allergy and immunology. While she is a board-certified pediatrician, her fellowship training and board certification for allergy and immunology cover both adult and pediatric patients.

She is one of only five board-certified allergists currently practicing in the state of South Dakota, along with her partner Dr. Abigail Finley. Their specialty brings a much-needed service and expertise to this community.

Her passion is sparked by building relationships with patients and family members and working together to improve health and quality of life.

In her spare time, Dr. Anderson enjoys “chasing” around her three children at various activities, mountain biking with her husband, and listening to audiobooks.

I absolutely love my son’s Asthma doctor Andrea Hansen! She’s always so kind, caring and willing to listen. My son started to go to her October of 2021 and since then his asthma is completely controlled. Before his asthma was horrible and was constantly in the hospital not being able to breathe and hooked up to countless machines. If you need an asthma or allergist for you or your kid(s) I recommend her!!!

We have been with both Halie Anderson and Andrea Hanson and they are both AMAZING, my daughter has severe allergies and they are very informative of the process (she has to do 2 different sets of shots) and the explanation of why. Not super kid friendly even though recommended by our pediatrician. With procedures the staff of nurses and doc didn't spend time to talk to or make my daughter age 3 feel comfortable in the clinic and space. I also felt that when questions were asked about options of treatments for once the allergy was confirmed was put off until test results were given and with food allergies hearing to avoid them is a waste of time and honestly a pretty horrible test to put a toddler through. I appreciated the honesty that avoidance was the best policy over immunotherapy options but this was a known allergy that we already were taking care of on our own this whole process was a waste of time and money.

Can't get an appointment for 3 months. She has no info available online. Can't get any info about types of allergy treatments she offers by phone. Billing says that she does allergy shots but no info on drops or lymph node injection treatment. Not worth the wait. Going elsewhere. In Colorado, MD's offer shots, drops and lymph node injections and only 1 week wait for an appointment, and can get all info by phone and online. I guess I'll take a trip there.PS to response- I talked to 2 different people on my original call and information was not forthcoming. Too bad I had to write this review to get an offer of assistance.
