Rapid City Medical Center patients have several options for making payments.
Online Payments Online payments are accepted through our patient portal. Click here to Pay Your Bill Online .
If you are unsure if you have a patient portal account, click on the Pay Your Bill Online button. Once you are on the patient portal website, click the “Using Mobile Phone” button to login. Enter your first name, last name and date of birth and click Submit. Once prompted, select your cell phone number and click the Send Code button. You will immediately receive a code through a text message to your cell phone. Enter the code to log into our patient portal. If you receive a message stating your user information cannot be found, this means you do not have an account established. Please contact any of our receptionists at (605) 342-3280 to help you set up an account.
