Rapid City Medical Center’s pediatrics team provides care for children from birth through age 18, offering a trusted medical home for families across the Black Hills. Located on the first floor of the Mt. Rushmore Road Clinic near Urgent Care, our practice is led by Dr. Hushagen and Dr. Farnsworth, who are committed to supporting your child’s health and development at every stage. To begin the process of becoming a pediatric patient, please call (605) 342-3280 and select option 2 to speak with our scheduling team. Prior records are requested for review before appointments are scheduled, and our staff is happy to assist you in gathering what’s needed.

For after-hours or weekend concerns, Rapid City Medical Center’s Urgent Care is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with holiday hours subject to change. Established patients also have access to an emergency call line at (605) 342-3280 for urgent needs outside of regular hours.
