Our goal at Rapid City Medical Center is to minimize the financial burden our patients may encounter to address their healthcare needs. Rapid City Medical Center works with most major insurance plans, including those with high deductibles, along with patients who are uninsured. We have staff available to help answer your questions and assist in finding solutions to your unique situation.
Estimates on services and procedures can be provided, and payment plans are available. Statements and balances are now available on our Patient Portal where balances can be paid online.

We are available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 7 am – 6 pm MST at 605-721-8499. Through March 15th, we are available from 10am-2pm on Saturdays as well!
