Hearing loss affects an estimated twenty-eight million people. The Black Hills Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists at Rapid City Medical Center has an on-site audiologist who specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and management of hearing loss and balance concerns. These issues occur when areas of the ear deteriorate or become damaged. To best diagnose, a series of tests may be performed to determine the nature and severity of hearing or balance issues.
