Kaysie Engstrom, D-NP

Kaysie Engstrom, DNP, is a Family Medicine provider at Rapid City Medical Center, South Clinic, dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all ages.

A Spearfish, South Dakota native, Kaysie earned both her undergraduate and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from South Dakota State University. Her passion for healthcare began with a desire to help others while continually learning and growing as medicine evolves. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an ICU nurse, serving on the front lines during the COVID-19 pandemic, an experience that deepened her commitment to providing high-quality, empathetic care.

Outside of medicine, Kaysie enjoys golfing, lake days, home improvement projects and spending time with her family.
